Responsible for assisting the organization's purchasing activities such as managing supplier relationships, and assuring timely delivery of products and services to satisfy the company's operating requirements.

1. Educational Attainment

1.1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

2. Skills and Competencies

2.1. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.

2.2. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to achieving common goals.

2.3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

2.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

2.5. Basic analytical skills to compare prices and evaluate supplier performance.

2.6. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of purchasing.

3. Experience

3.1. No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
