About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a talented Wave 1 NON VOICE CSR to join our dynamic team in Cainta Rizal. This full-time role will involve handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through non-voice communication channels. As an integral part of our customer service operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the high-quality support they expect.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries effectively
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
