TECHINICAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports for payroll processing
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all government-related taxes, contributions, and loans
Monitors the employee accounts receivable ledger and reconciles discrepancies if any
Work closely with compensation and benefits and HR representatives to verify the accuracy of all employees, benefits changes, new hire entries, resignations, and other payroll-related maintenance items
Provide reports and assistance to operations, other departments, other team members, and external stakeholders as needed
Ensure timely response to process-related inquiries
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
