Job description

JOB OBJECTIVE: Under the direct supervision of the Asst. Manager, responsible for building plan facility maintenance, management and supervision of projects as well as the implementation, monitoring and control of safety and environmental factors or stresses arising in or from the workplace that may affect the health and safety conditions of the employees and the environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop, manage, and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machines and equipment, including routine monitoring and inspections to identify potential issues before failures occur.

  2. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.

  3. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment performance, and associated costs for analysis and reporting.

  4. Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities comply with industry safety regulations, standards, and company policies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Graduate;
  • Licensed and Registered Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer and with licensed;
