About the Maintenance Electrician role

The ideal candidate should be a skilled electrician who can install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in our production factory. We need an experienced Maintenance Electrician with a strong character and a trustworthy work ethic. This role is critical for keeping our production running smoothly. The candidate will be responsible for both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs when equipment breaks down. The ideal candidate must be an expert in industrial electrical systems, able to work safely and efficiently from Monday to Saturday, and can follow instructions for installing new wiring systems designed by our engineers.

A Maintenance Electrician's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Performing both preventative and emergency repairs on all plant electrical systems and machinery.

• Troubleshooting and fixing electrical controllers on our production lines to minimize factory downtime.

• Changing and repairing lighting systems, including ACL lamps, in the warehouse and production areas.
• Assisting engineers with the installation of new plant electrical wiring and control systems.
• Conducting regular safety checks on all electrical equipment to identify and prevent hazards.
• Ensuring all electrical work follows company safety standards and government regulations.

Job Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the the field/s of Electrical Wiring unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than two (2) years, commensurate with achievements.
• Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of truck driving
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant Master's degree is a huge advantage

Initial salary range is from PHP 14,040 - PHP 16,900 commensurate to experience and expertise.

Please Note

• This position requires the employee to report to the main plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna from Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
