Job description

Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • Must have a related experience in the same field.
  • Have experience in wastewater
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Knowledge in People Management and has the ability to lead.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for corrective maintenance of plant equipment and machineries.
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance of plant equipment and machineries.
  • Has strong knowledge of methods used in the routine maintenance and repair office and Manufacturing facilities
  • Should have at least 2-3 years of related experience in a manufacturing firm involved in the maintenance of the whole facilities/building and waste water area.
  • Supervises plant maintenance personnel its functions and activities.
  • Oversees Facilities/Utilities Machines and Equipment of performance and stability
  • Responsible for the planning, modification and evaluation of various improvement efforts to support continuous, economical, and efficient operation of all plant facility equipment
  • Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
  • Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna
