Job Summary:

We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman to assist in producing accurate architectural drawings and documentation for various projects. The role is suited for candidates with basic architectural knowledge, strong drafting skills, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Convert design concepts into working drawings under the guidance of architects or senior designers.
  • Update and revise drawings based on mark-ups and client or contractor feedback.
  • Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Organize and maintain project files and drawing records.
  • Assist in sourcing finishes and materials references as directed.
  • Participate in site documentation visits when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture, Architectural Drafting NC II, or any related course.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a draftsman or related role in an architectural or construction firm.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic architectural drawing standards and Philippine building codes.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
  • Good organization skills and time management.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Knowledge of Revit, Enscape, or other 3D rendering tools.
  • Experience assisting in punch listing or site inspections.
  • Familiarity with sourcing architectural finishes and furniture.
