About the role

Workswell Enterprises Inc., a leading provider of interior design solutions, is seeking a talented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in bringing our clients' design visions to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and layouts for a variety of interior design projects
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and documentation
  • Assist with the production of 3D models, renderings, and other visual assets as needed
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design standards and templates
  • Provide support and guidance to junior drafters as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably within the interior design industry
  • Strong proficiency in using AutoCAD and other design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and clients
  • A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
