Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Lens Consultant to join our team in Cebu Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Essilor's range of optical lenses, providing expert consultation to optometrists and optical stores, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including optical shops and optometrists.

  • Present and promote Essilor lens products, emphasizing product features, benefits, and value.

  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients, including lens selection and product knowledge.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of the company.

  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Organize and attend sales meetings, product training, and promotional events.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the optical industry.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Doctor of Optometry is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong knowledge of optical lenses and vision solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
