  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, requests for quotation, and supplier agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Handle discrepancies in orders and resolve any issues related to defective or missing items.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
