Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Load, test, and maintain digital content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Curate content for multiple learning formats (instructor-led, self-paced, blended, etc.).
  • Provide system and user support, including ticket resolution and training.
  • Conduct learning consultations with stakeholders to define objectives and design specs.
  • Analyze learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Identify skill gaps through needs assessments and performance analysis.
  • Manage project plans, content production timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Serve as SME on learning tools, resources, and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, HR, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in learning, education, or HR.
  • 5+ years of experience with eLearning, virtual technology, and classroom environments in a global shared services setting.
  • Strong skills in project management, virtual facilitation, research, analysis, reporting, and communication (both written and oral).
