As an AI Trainer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the large language models behind our AI-powered games. Your contributions will enhance the emotional intelligence and logical reasoning of these models, ultimately enriching the player experience and making gameplay more immersive.

Key Responsibilities

You'll engage in a wide range of tasks that are essential to developing our AI-driven gaming experiences:

  • Data Annotation: Tag and label in-game content like dialogues, quests, and character interactions to ensure data quality and consistency, directly influencing the player experience.
  • Creative Writing: Develop world-building elements, character backstories, side plots, and personality traits to bring the game universe to life.
  • Model Assessment: Review and score AI-generated responses based on predefined criteria to enhance conversational quality and player interaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research and product teams to help refine and advance our large language model capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute and grow.

  • Educational Background: Recent graduates with degrees in fields such as Statistics, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or Copywriting are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills & Knowledge Areas:

  • Writing and storytelling (copywriting, narrative design, technical writing)

  • STEM disciplines
  • Data-related fields (e.g., data analysis, processing, reporting)
  • Human behavior studies (Psychology, Philosophy)
  • Gaming Enthusiast: A strong interest in gaming, particularly story-rich or RPG titles, is essential.
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
  • AI Experience: Exposure to working with AI models, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), model fine-tuning, or evaluating and comparing outputs.
  • Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data handling and analysis.
