JOB PURPOSE

To lead the design and delivery of training and development initiatives that actively drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of learning, growth, and inclusion. This role ensures that development programs are aligned with engagement strategies, empowering employees to feel valued, connected, and motivated to contribute to organizational success.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Organization Communication
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year work-related experience
  • With exposure in Planning, Organizing, and Executing Employee Events
  • Has related exposure in Training and Development
  • Familiar with data management techniques and tools
