Working Hours:Regular Hours, Mondays- Fridays, 7 AM-4 PM (Fixed day shift and weekends off)

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage broking, lending, or credit support
  • Confident understanding of residential home loan credit policy
  • Experience using aggregator platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple files simultaneously
  • Bonus: Previous experience working with an Australian mortgage broker

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for pre-credit functions of the loan process for any type of loans
  • Assessing client's income, serviceability, and available equity
  • Assessing client's financial status and requirements and developing financial strategies to meet client's needs and best interest
  • Researching and analyzing financial products that best meet client's requirements
  • Completing and submitting loan application processes on behalf of clients
  • Preparing loan and mortgage documents that set out all terms and conditions of the finance
  • Liaising with clients during the pre-assessment process through to loan settlement
  • Dealing with clients, bank BDMs (Business Development Managers), and credit teams directly as well as internal stakeholders
