Patient Care Support:

· Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

· Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and walking.

· Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Medical Assistance:

· Monitor and record patients' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).

· Assist nurses in basic medical procedures and wound care as needed.

· Report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.

Hygiene and Safety Maintenance:

· Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms and medical equipment.

· Maintain proper infection control procedures.

· Assist in preparing and serving meals to patients based on dietary needs.

Administrative Support:

· Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.

· Assist in transporting patients to different areas within the healthcare facility.

· Follow hospital or clinic protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Completion of a Nursing Aide or Healthcare Assistant Training Program (preferred but not required).

· TESDA NC II certification in Healthcare Services (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Physically fit to assist patients in mobility and daily tasks.

· Compassionate, patient, and willing to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,500.00 per month
