Job Summary:

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting employee health and wellness by providing basic healthcare services, managing occupational health programs, and ensuring workplace health compliance with DOLE and other government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees.
  • Conduct regular health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure checks, temperature screening).
  • Assist in pre-employment and annual physical/medical examinations.
  • Maintain and secure medical and health records of employees.
  • Monitor the inventory and proper usage of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct health education and wellness programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
  • Prepare and submit health reports required by DOLE and other regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate with the company physician for health-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
  • Occupational Health Nurse Training (OHNAP) certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in an industrial or corporate setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and on-call when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php30,000.00 per month
