POSITION: COMPANY NURSE/OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE

We are looking for a Construction Nurse who will be responsible for both on-site medical care and administrative support. The role covers health monitoring of workers, emergency response, and assisting with office tasks such as report preparation, documentation, and coordination with safety and HR departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and emergency care to workers on site
  • Monitor and maintain health records of employees
  • Ensure availability and safekeeping of clinic supplies and medicines
  • Assist in implementing health and safety programs (e.g., toolbox talks, health awareness campaigns)
  • Prepare and submit medical reports, incident logs, and DOLE-required documents
  • Support office/admin work such as report encoding, filing, and coordination with HR and Safety Team
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace environment in coordination with the Project Safety Officer

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
  • With OHNAP or BOSH training (advantage)
  • At least 1 year experience in clinical or occupational health setting (construction experience is a plus)
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE occupational health and safety requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can multitask between clinic and office duties
  • Preferably with Safety Officer training (SO1 or SO2)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
