Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Onsite | IT Park, Lahug Cebu City

What You'll Do

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients, providers, and partner healthcare organizations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather information, verify details, and support ongoing patient cases
  • Manage patient documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of requests
  • Maintain detailed records and update patient information in the system
  • Deliver excellent service by resolving concerns and offering clear, helpful communication

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience in BPO, healthcare accounts, or patient support is an advantage — but NOT required
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
