The Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Admin to support our sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, creative environment. You'll be directly involved in coordinating client inquiries, supporting sales processes, and assisting in marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
  • Support execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing support

Strong organizational and communication skills

College graduate (Business, Marketing, or related courses preferred)

Proficient in MS Office and digital tools

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable
