What you'll be doing:

Looking for an opportunity to focus on the coordination, communication, launch, and execution of blended learning training programs? You'll conceptualize and successfully implement curricula for sustained business growth. You'll provide coaching, motivation, and support to enhance the engagement and success of their team of training managers and specialists in attaining targets and goals. Additionally, you'll communicates with external clients to align on training needs and results.

You'll report to Senior Manager of Learning & Development and will be a key part of this team with impacting our global operation as part of a world class team of professionals.

During a Typical Day, You'll

§ Evaluate current learning technology functionalities and provide feedback on improvement opportunities to learning technology vendors

§ Provide feedback on functionalities, access, integrations, and data harnessing to learning technology vendors and TTEC's IT teams

§ Oversee deployments of learning design and delivery solutions by collaborating with LXD leaders, project managers, training delivery leaders, and IT teams

§ Perform research and development regarding new and potential features of learning technologies in partnership with learning technology vendors and TTEC's IT teams

§ Build prototypes for learner-centric, effective, efficient, and data-driven learning technologies for the solutions proposed by learning solutions architects

§ Create and facilitate demos, workshops, and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology for internal teams and TTEC's clients, showcasing how automation and innovation drive engagement, productivity, and speed to proficiency while championing science-backed learning methodologies

§ Collaborate with TTEC's Information Security on learning technology security features and approvals (e.g., UAT, integrations, SSO, URL whitelisting, etc.)

§ Research emerging trends in learning science and technology, particularly in the space of NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI

What You Bring to the Role

§ Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science/digital learning/e-learning/education or similar field (a certificate/coursework in digital media/multimedia is desired)

§ Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge

§ Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles (knowledge of and experience in agile approaches to design and product management (e.g., scrum and/or rapid prototyping desired)

§ 4+ yrs of experience in:

o Learning design and delivery technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, authoring tools for rapid learning design, game-based learning apps, training delivery platforms (including videoconferencing tools), interactive presentation tools, collaboration apps, etc.) and their access (e.g., SSO, mobile access) and integrations (e.g., APIs)

o Creating learning content using advanced features in audio- and video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, etc.)

§ Knowledge of emerging technologies in L&D (e.g., XR, NLP/NLU, and AI, especially LLMs and RAG methods and agentic AI)

§ Proficiency in MS Office (esp. using advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in Excel)

§ Experience in learning data analysis to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs

Behavioral Skills You'll Need:

§ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), particularly facilitation and presentation skills (advanced English skills (CEFR: C1) for offshore locations)

§ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

§ Excellent organization and prioritization skills (Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment)

§ Strong collaboration skills in a highly matrixed environment, influencing, persuading, and working closely with several stakeholders from L&D, IT, Operations, Product, and Sales

§ A high level of innovation and creativity

§ A self-starter, proactive, and goal-oriented, working independently and requiring little guidance and direction
