The Company:

BTI Payments Philippines, Inc., is an independent diversified payments technology provider. We are accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as Operator for Payment System, and BancNet as Independent ATM deployer.

To date, we own and manage over 3,000 plus Pay & Go kiosks and 46 Cash Connect ATM machines nationwide.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Banktech – a leader in ATM and payment technology in Australia for 25 years, bringing decades expertise and experience into transactions processing and payment device management, across Australia and Asia, specifically here in the Philippines.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts daily lead gathering through cold calls, email blasts, and field outreach.
  • Prepares proposals and draft memorandums of agreement.
  • Presents company products and services to potential clients.
  • Handles purchase requests for kiosk deployment.
  • Manages daily merchant concerns to ensure timely resolutions and client satisfaction. 6. Collaborates with internal teams (Customer Care, Finance, and Operations) for seamless merchant operations daily.
  • Generates and sends monthly revenue reports to merchants.
  • Conducts quarterly performance reviews and visits to evaluate merchant performance.
  • Handles account renewals, including contract negotiations and updates, monthly.
  • Prepares and submits performance reports for revenue and transactions.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to develop team performance and skills.
  • Supports the Customer Care Team by endorsing customer concerns and complaints.
