We're on the hunt for a Recruiter Extraordinaire to help us build amazing teams from the ground up. You'll be the first smile they see, the human behind the job ad, and the ultimate matchmaker between top-tier talent and next-level opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Teaming up with hiring managers to define the perfect fit — then going full Sherlock to find them
  • Writing job posts that don't sound like cardboard (like this one)
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer magic, and on-boarding excitement
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines faster than the espresso machine brews in the pantry
  • Owning recruitment data like a boss — from metrics to milestones
  • Being the candidate's champion — great experience, always. No ghosting. No nonsense.
  • Bringing life to the office culture — from surprise snacks to creative hiring campaigns

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Snacks):

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency — all kinds of awesome welcome)
  • An eye for potential, not just resumes
  • Sharp communication skills — verbal, written, emoji fluent
  • Process-oriented, but flexible enough to pivot when needed
  • You love working onsite and thrive in a people-centric, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy: ATS, job boards, Boolean sorcery, spreadsheets — you've got it covered
