  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Support in monitoring order status and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Organize and file procurement documents (printed or digital).
  • Gather feedback and support documentation for supplier assessment.
  • Conduct research on current market prices, supplier trends, and new product alternatives.
  • Help identify cost-saving opportunities and best-value options.
  • Summarize supplier and product information in reports.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks.
  • Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php4, Php5,000.00 per month
