Job Overview:

As a Production Manager, you will lead and oversee the entire production process—from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. You'll ensure that our products are produced efficiently, safely, and consistently meet Fruitas' high standards of quality and freshness.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering or related course
  • With relevant experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) manufacturing or production
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays (rest day falls on a weekday)
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player
