Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the product strategy, core positioning and messaging of the product and ensure successful implementation.
  • Evaluate market situation, trends, opportunities, competition related to the development of the product.
  • Responsible in the preparation and successful execution of various marketing activities such as trade shows, conventions, clinical meetings and product launches in relation to assigned       product group.
  • Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, lectures, workshops, trainings and CMEs
  • Establish a strong durable relationship with key accounts and key opinion leaders by maintaining regular contacts with them.
  • Responsible for the product training of new Territory Managers and provide product updates as necessary.
  • Prepare and ensure the availability of brochures and other marketing materials as needed by the Sales Team.
  • Ensure stock availability, minimize expiration of reagents and ensure inventory turnover targets are met by closely coordinating with the Sales Team and Supply Chain Department.
  • Assist the Regulatory Department in product registrations.
  • Coordinate with the Principals with regards to Sales, Marketing and other product related   concerns.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any Business, Medical, or Science Course
  • With at least 1 year experience in
    Marketing or
    the In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Industry
  • Professional license holder is a plus
