Concept Development & Strategy

  • Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify concept opportunities.
  • Develop unique and commercially viable F&B concepts, including cuisine type, service style, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Prepare detailed concept briefs outlining vision, menu direction, design theme, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with chefs, mixologists, interior designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive concept execution.

Menu Planning & Positioning

  • Work with culinary and beverage teams to develop signature menus that reflect the concept's positioning and target market.
  • Support menu engineering, pricing, and cost analysis to ensure profitability and brand alignment.
  • Stay updated on food innovations, sustainable practices, and dietary trends to incorporate into concepts.

Project Management

  • Oversee the F&B concept development process from ideation to pre-opening.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, procurement, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports for senior management.

Brand & Guest Experience

  • Define the guest journey, service standards, and ambiance for each concept.
  • Develop brand storytelling and visual identity in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across multiple outlets or locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
