This position is being hired for a subsidiary of Accretio Holdings Inc. - Entrephub Corp. A growing company that operates and franchises multiple Food & Beverage (F&B) concepts. Our mission is to deliver innovative and high-quality dining experiences for our customers.

Position: Food Technologist – Research & Development (R&D)

Location: Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist located in Quezon City. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, applying food technology principles, performing laboratory work, ensuring quality control, and participating in research and development (R&D) activities. Day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with other team members to develop and improve food products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and development (R&D) of new food products across our F&B concepts.
  • Improve existing recipes and processes to ensure quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and franchise partners to launch new concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
  • At least three (3) of relevant experience in R&D, product development, or QA in the F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with passion for food development.
