A Sales Team Lead, you guides and manages a sales team, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets by developing strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Address performance issues and provide disciplinary action when necessary.

  • Build and maintain strong team relationships.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Team Development and Training:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Address customer escalations and resolve issues.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare sales reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage CRM systems and sales technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
