Alibata Limited - Philippine Branch is looking for Sales Specialist for Cebu Site, who will be responsible in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating employees.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and monitors consolidated sales forecasts, reports and updates.
  • Initiates positioning strategy to stimulate demand for products and gathers data on competitors.
  • Supports product launching initiated by the Marketing Group.
  • Provides product updates and activity reports.
  • Facilitates technical seminars and customers request for product samples.
  • Identifies new sales opportunity within existing accounts.
  • Monitors shipping and delivery status in coordination with the Product Management and Supply Chain Management groups.
  • Ensures expenditures are duly monitored, controlled, documented, and charged to the proper cost accounts, including timely liquidation of advances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business and engineering courses.
  • With (2) two years working experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in a Manufacturing set-up.
  • Experience in Semiconductor/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Industries is a plus.
  • Experience in handling clients in different industries (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Semicon) is required.
  • Ability to make sound and strategic decisions.
  • Good communication skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
