We're hiring a Route Planner Head who can analyze, strategize, and build the daily logic that keeps our delivery engine running sharp, efficient, and profitable.

What You Will Lead

You are the architect of the daily delivery map. You will:


•⁠  ⁠Balance load and truck capacity to maximize efficiency and EV profitability


•⁠  ⁠Build and refine routing logic and delivery strategies for all clients


•⁠  ⁠Analyze next-day orders and create optimal load plans for each EV


•⁠  ⁠Ensure every route hits our KPIs: OTP, completion rate, assembly time, and trip profitability


•⁠  ⁠Design routing strategies that reduce empty miles and improve capacity utilization


•⁠  ⁠Anticipate volume spikes, bottlenecks, or capacity gaps with proactive solutions


•⁠  ⁠Work closely with Dispatch, Control Tower, and Operations to enforce planning discipline


•⁠  ⁠Provide clear routing instructions and logic for planners to follow


•⁠  ⁠Conduct daily and weekly reviews on routing performance


•⁠  ⁠Test and improve routing strategies as volumes and city behavior change


•⁠  ⁠Use data to validate assumptions and drive continuous improvement

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or any analytical field.
