
HR Recruitment Assistant

This position is responsible for finding and attracting potential candidates for vacancies and pooling, through sourcing in the most efficient channels, shortlisting, and onboarding Team Leader, Cashier, Pump Attendant and Reliever.
Selection Efficiency
· Sources the best candidates through identified efficient channels.
· Assess potential candidates and forwards those with a job fit to Stations training team.
· Updates for vacant positions through close coordination with Stations department.
· Ensures staffing goals are met with an acceptable vacancy rate.
· Ensures that candidates completes their pre-employment requirements in the prescribed period.
· Follows a system of rigorous implementation of onboarding candidates.
· Ensures complete and accurate pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding.
· Prepares accurate Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) form.
· Assists new hires in TIN enrollment for first time employees.
