Your Role As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer on our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) team, you will play a key role in winning customer trust and ensuring their success.

You will partner with Account Executives for territory, account, and opportunity planning, engage directly with prospective clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our cybersecurity solutions can protect and empower their businesses. Your Impact We seek someone passionate about sharing their excitement for technology and making it approachable for all levels, from Security Operations to C-level executives and beyond.

You are a self-starter capable of building consultative relationships and developing sales strategies that enhance our chances to win customer business. Minimum Qualifications Ability to communicate, tell stories, and translate complex technology into accessible language for audiences with varying technical expertise. A desire to succeed and be part of a successful sales team.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking technologies, concepts, standards, methods, and operations. Experience in presales, SMB-focused roles, or similar customer-facing positions. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar.

Multilingual skills to connect with a broader customer base. Typically, a bachelor's degree in computer science, presales, cybersecurity, or related experience, along with 1-3 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineer or consultant, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and customer needs.
