Role: Part-time Digital Marketing & General Support VA

Location: Remote

Schedule: 10 hrs/week, Mondays - Fridays (Flexible)

Rate: 200 AUD/mo. (paid bi-monthly)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Digital Marketing & General Support VA with excellent English communication skills to provide day-to-day support across administration, content creation, and digital marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and eager to learn new tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration

  • Respond to emails and provide client support.
  • Prepare and send invoices.
  • Assist with general organizational and back-end tasks.

Platform Support (Thrivecart)

  • Create and edit sales checkout pages.
  • Upload videos and manage content in Thrivecart Learning+ (the learning portal).

Social Media & Content

  • Create static posts and graphics using Canva.
  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content using CapCut.
  • Support with posting and basic social media management.

Email Marketing

  • Create and send email campaigns (preferably using Flodesk).
  • Repurpose content (e.g., social posts into newsletters).
  • Assist with audience segmentation and basic list management.

Optional / Nice to Have

  • Basic website updates or edits in Squarespace (duplicate and edit existing layouts).
  • Editing digital assets such as workbooks or templates in Canva.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
  • Creative eye for design and content presentation.

The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:

  • Thrivecart & Thrivecart Learning+
  • Canva & CapCut
  • Flodesk (or similar email platforms)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Squarespace (nice to have)
