IT Project Manager

Job Purpose:
The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all IT initiatives and infrastructure projects across the organization. This role combines technical leadership with strategic management responsibilities, ensuring that technology supports business goals efficiently, securely, and innovatively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Project management including but not limited to digital transformation, AI initiatives, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve productivity and competitiveness.
Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
2. Project Management
Plan, initiate, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of IT systems and services.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
3. Information Security and Compliance
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect organizational data and systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Coordinate regular security audits and risk assessments.
4. Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff to build a high-performing team.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide career development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience:
• Relevant experience in IT management and project leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Vendor and stakeholder management expertise.
• Financial and budgetary management skills.
Work Conditions:
• Full-time position based in Makati City
• May require occasional travel to company sites or vendor locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
