The Role:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic sales lead generation person to join our growing sales team. The Sales Lead Generation will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound and inbound sales lead campaigns. This role will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation and inbound/outbound telemarketing. This will also play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Business Development team successful.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads using a given list of contacts and setting qualified sales appointments.
- Delivering excellent follow-up proactively and on time.
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients and ask pertinent questions to understand the clients' requirements.
- Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices, etc. and present their benefits.
- Update databases, CRMs, or other software to track new information and overall progress.
- Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to the management.
