Video Content Creator

OmniXpert Philippines is seeking a Video Content Creator who can lead video production and create compelling content that captivates audiences across all platforms.

About This Role:

We're not looking for someone who just follows a script. We need a creative video professional who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content independently. You'll work closely with our team leader and graphic designer to create cohesive multimedia campaigns that drive results across social media, websites, and marketing channels.

What You'll Create:

• Short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Long-form content for YouTube and marketing campaigns
• Video ads for social media and digital advertising
• Product demos and explainer videos
• Testimonial and case study videos
• Behind-the-scenes and company culture content
• Video content for email marketing campaigns and websites
• Live-action and motion graphics videos

Responsibilities:

• Lead video production from concept to final delivery
• Proactively pitch creative video ideas that align with marketing goals
• Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to create cohesive visual campaigns
• Leverage AI video tools to enhance production quality and efficiency
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats)
• Stay current with video trends and platform algorithm changes
• Edit footage with compelling storytelling, pacing, and visual effects
• Color grade, mix audio, and add motion graphics as needed
• Manage video projects independently and meet deadlines
• Analyze video performance metrics and iterate based on data
• Maintain and organize video assets and project files

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional video production and editing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video content across multiple platforms
• Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar)
• Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Descript, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong shooting skills with professional cameras and equipment
• Understanding of lighting, audio recording, and production techniques
• Knowledge of social media video best practices and platform requirements
• Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Ability to work with graphic designers and integrate static assets into videos
• Self-directed with strong creative initiative – you lead, not just execute
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills

• Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing
• Drone operation experience
• Experience creating content for global brands

Technical Requirements:

• Portfolio/reel demonstrating your work (required)
• Access to professional video equipment (camera, lighting, audio) is a plus
• Understanding of video codecs, formats, and delivery specifications
