Media Project Coordinator

Location: Remote – Philippines (U.S. Hours – Central Time, 8 AM–5 PM CST)

Compensation: $2,000 USD Monthly

About the Role:

We're hiring a Media Project Coordinator to support a leading U.S.-based advertising agency through Workspark.

This role is all about organization, accuracy, and collaboration, helping media directors manage multiple campaigns, coordinate across teams, and ensure deliverables stay on track.

If you're a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives on structure and can balance priorities across fast-moving projects, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate daily media-related tasks between internal teams (strategy, analytics, creative, operations).

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and task ownership using Wrike (or similar project management tools).

  • Build, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations for client and internal meetings.

  • Review media performance reports and dashboards (Excel, Domo, etc.) for accuracy and insights.

  • Support directors in campaign setup, data entry, and internal communication.

  • Identify issues early and collaborate with teams to resolve them proactively.

  • Maintain clear and consistent updates across all stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like:

90 Days

  • Clear understanding of workflows, tools, and team dynamics.

  • Deliverables completed accurately and on time.

6 Months

  • Reliable support for directors; zero follow-up required for corrections.

  • Demonstrates initiative by anticipating needs and resolving blockers independently.

12 Months

  • Recognized as the organizational "anchor" of the media solutions team.

  • Trusted to manage key reporting and coordination responsibilities without oversight.

  • Failure in this role looks like: missing details, waiting for direction, or allowing communication breakdowns that delay work.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in media coordination, project management, or campaign support (agency preferred).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Experience with Wrike, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.

  • Ability to interpret reports and identify trends or errors.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
