This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Information Security Governance and Compliance initiatives by working with the team and supporting client requests regarding the security of the suite of Nasdaq and its affiliates services and products. The right candidate will work alongside a global team assisting in Information Security related requests. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to product-related security inquiries and processing due diligence requests.

• Acting as a subject matter expert in Information Security during client interactions.

• Proactively updating and maintaining the Information Library as a central source of truth.

• Ensuring the maintenance and development of the information security resources

• Contribute to the continuous refinement of our processes to improve efficiency, effective customer management and consistency of messaging.

What We Expect

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a Technology related field

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role

• Passion for cybersecurity, technology and data protection

• Experience with Jira or Confluence considered as an advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box

• Microsoft office experience

• Work collaboratively in a distributed team, across multiple functions, locations and time zones

• Amenable to working mid-shift (9PM – 6AM Manila time) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
