Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of economics, business administration, or any business-related course.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with fieldwork exposure.
  • Experience in the banking or financing industry is an advantage.
  • Must possess practical on-the-road experience and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with assigned dealers.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site, either in the field or at the assigned dealer locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new accounts from construction equipment dealers & agents or direct clients (heavy equipment).
  • Ensure the quality of those accounts by pre-screening the accounts in accordance with existing credit processes and policies.
  • Negotiate agreements with construction equipment dealers, agents, and direct clients.
  • Secure the clients and provide all the requirements to book the accounts successfully.
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio effectively and efficiently to attain marketing, credit, and profitability objectives.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
