At Quality Ceramics Inc., we are looking for a motivated Accounting Staff to join our friendly staff. The ideal applicant would be a meticulous and well-organized person who can offer vital administrative support to guarantee the efficient running of our office and company procedures.

Important Responsibilities

*Perform a range of administrative responsibilities, including but not restricted to filing, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management.

*Customer service involves assisting clients by answering questions, handling issues, and offering information about our goods and services in person, over the phone, or by email.

*Order processing involves handling both retail and wholesale customer orders while guaranteeing correct data entry, order tracking, and prompt delivery.

*Maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating restocking efforts are all part of inventory management.

*Documentation: Create and keep up-to-date records of papers including invoices, purchase orders, and shipments.

*Assist in good communication and collaboration across the company's various departments by acting as a liaison between them.

*Support Management: Help management with operational duties such as planning meetings, making travel arrangements, and producing reports.

*Office cleanliness and organization are important for both clients and employees.

Qualifications:

The equivalent of a college degree; extra training or certification in office management is preferred. possess knowledge of fundamental accounting.

A track record of working in administrative or customer service positions.

mastery of the Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, and Email.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Excellent time-management and organizing skills.

Efficiency and attention to detail.

Ability to efficiently prioritize work and multitask.

Trustworthy with good moral character.
