Accounting Staff

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain organized and updated accounting files and documentation.
  • Assist during internal and external audits.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring.
  • Support other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
