About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Team Leader
to manage a high-performing team supporting
B2B banking and financial operations
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, client relationship management, and operational excellence within a BPO or shared services environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of agents handling B2B banking transactions, financial inquiries, and account servicing.
  • Ensure daily operations meet service level agreements (SLAs), compliance standards, and client expectations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Handle escalations and complex financial cases with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support client onboarding, process documentation, and workflow optimization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in a leadership role
    within B2B banking and financial services within BPO or Shared Services.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and risk controls.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
