JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The eCommerce Sr. Team Leader will interact with business teams, understand SLAs, and supervise the service team to support and maintain IT infrastructures. He/she will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring services meet business requirements.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

LOCATION: Muntinlupa, Alabang

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage the Application Maintenance Team – Lead and oversee the System Integrator / Partner team.
  2. Plan Releases and Hotfixes – Schedule and coordinate application maintenance releases and urgent fixes.
  3. Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations, and Services Teams).
  4. Escalation Management – Handle escalations for issues impacting productive applications.
  5. Track KPIs and Service Levels – Monitor Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator performance.
  6. Bug/Defect Triage – Review, prioritize, and manage resolution of bugs or defects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Have:

  • Ticketing Management System knowledge
  • eCommerce processes knowledge
  • eCommerce applications functional knowledge
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall or Scrum)
  • Previous experience in IT eCommerce teams or with System Integrators
  • Basic reporting and data/process analysis skills
  • Proficient in English

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite
  • Knowledge of Web SDLC
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, or other eCommerce platforms
