Role Description

We are hiring a full-time CME Operations Manager specializing in TELCO CONSTRUCTION. This on-site role is based in Marikina City. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations in telecom construction projects, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, coordinating schedules, managing resources, monitoring project progress, meeting compliance and quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to address challenges and deliver results on time.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation in construction or telecom projects.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and construction processes is required.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance principles in construction projects.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address project challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the telecom industry is advantageous.
