
Admin Officer

The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic)
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Prepare reports, presentation, other business documents as required
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Document and records management
- Attention to detail and results oriented
- Interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
