Large Format Printer Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, and test large format printers at client locations

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting after sales

  • Maintain and repair printing equipment (cleaning print heads, checking ink systems, replacing parts)

  • Assist customers in proper operation and maintenance of the machines

  • Work closely with sales and customer service team for support and feedback

Has driver's license and/or own transportation

Requirements:

  • With or without experience (Training Provided)

  • Basic knowledge in electronics or mechanical equipment

  • Must know how to use basic tools (multimeter, screwdrivers, etc.)

  • Can operate a computer (install drivers/software, basic troubleshooting)

  • Willing to do onsite visits or field service when needed

  • Responsible, fast learner, with good communication skills

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling large-format printers

  • Knowledge in RIP software or Photoshop is a plus

  • Familiar with printer ink systems and print head maintenance
