Job Role
  • Execution of business unit sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Development of key accounts.
  • Management and maintenance of sales funnel and ensures all sales administration is kept

current using the Database.
  • Performance of all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform.
  • Seeks out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media.
  • Preparation and conduct of appropriate product discussions.
  • Ensures company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
  • Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceed client requirements.
  • Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs.
  • Coordinates company's resources and technical support when necessary to best

address customer issues/feedback.
  • Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contribute to the business unit

profitability.
  • Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company.
  • Provides and interprets detailed monthly reporting on sales activity, customer service levels, and

sales achievement for the business unit.
  • Development of annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary to ensure the success of the

business unit goals and strategies.
  • Updates job and product knowledge by participating in educational and learning opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in Chemistry, Food Technology and Chemical Engineering

Agriculture, Food and Beverages, Power and Petroleum
  • 2 years of professional experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales
  • A professional license in chemistry or chemical engineering is an advantage
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to commute/relocate:

Cebu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: ₱26, ₱30,000.00 per month
