DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supports and implements all management decisions.
  2. Ensures compliance to company/ departmental policies, procedures, regulations and standards; and takes corrective actions when violations occur.
  3. Ensures that all documents and records to be released by the staff are reviewed and verified.
  4. Prepares necessary reports in a timely manner, as required by the management.
  5. Ensures thorough corrective actions are taken through proper coordination with the HR department.
  6. Prepares appropriate staff schedule in a timely manner to meet various demands of the branch.
  7. Conducts monthly branch meeting or as needed.
  8. Conducts weekly departmental meeting.
  9. Ensures that the cleanliness and orderliness of the Branch is maintained, adhering to Five "S" Program of the Company.
  10. Ensures that the Branch activities are coordinated and communicated with other Departments/ Branches to achieve optimal cooperation.
  11. Ensures that all issues and concerns are reported to the Concerned Department and participates in the investigation as required.
  12. Overall in charge of People Management
  13. Actively participates in the recruitment and onboarding of newly hired Branch personnel.
  14. Identifying Areas for Improvement of the Branch personnel and recommends appropriate training needed.
  15. Provides coaching and mentoring to Branch personnel to ensure excellent performance.
  16. Conducts training as needed.
  17. Ensures that Branch personnel are always at their best behavior and performance to achieve excellent patient experience and in administering their tasks/responsibilities.
  18. Ensures that Branch personnel are equipped with the right tools and knowledge on branch operations service design, process, procedures, and system application.
  19. Reports to the Area Manager any incident that affects the Branch negatively and recommends improvement and resolution.
  20. Closely coordinates with the Human Resources Department to ensure employees are well trained, performs well, abides by company rules and regulations.
  21. Collaborates and consults with the Human Resources Department to ensure employee retention.
  22. Ensures employees are motivated, engaged, committed, and maintains a safe, healthy and positive working environment for everyone in close coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  23. Orients, supervises, monitors, and evaluates work performances of all staffs based on the policies and procedures as set by the Management and participates in continuing in-service education.
  24. Ensures that all potential hazards, accident-prone situations are identified.
  25. Assumes leadership for revenue generation and cost reduction in his/her Branch in collaboration with the other Branches.
  26. Ensures that patients and employees' personal information are kept confidential.
  27. Monitors monthly consumption of supplies of the branch.
  28. Attends monthly operations meeting, forward agenda items and present monthly census comparative reports.
  29. Conducts periodic performance evaluation on all subordinates.
  30. Ensures that the annual strategic planning is properly executed within the Branch.
  31. Ensures that all cash sales, revolving fund and change fund are intact.
  32. Assumes other functions as delegated by the Management as maybe required of the job
