to ensure that the team meets the company's and campaign's goals and objectives.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:


• Graduate of any 4–5-year course


• Preferably with 3 years working experience in the Call Center Industry


• Preferably 2 years' experience as Team Leader preferably within the call center or

customer service industry


• Must have intermediate knowledge on Call Center Fundamentals


• Must have time and project management skills


• Must be highly resourceful, analytical, and creative


• Must be proficient in MS Office applications


• Must have excellent oral excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills


• Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills


• Must have superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on

team development and continuous improvement
