As a Vendor Manager, the incumbent is responsible to the smooth working relationship with all the third-party vendors supporting the HR functions for the organization.

Vendor Management

  • Partners with varied Manpower Agencies to ensure deployment of manpower needs of the store

  • Monitors the performance and delivery of the agencies as noted in the term sheet/contract.

  • Always guarantees the compliance of a vendor on the requirements of SEARI as indicated in the vendor contract

  • Coordinates with the HR Admin and Accounting teams for billing and proper charging of provided services.

  • Ensures accurate accrual of agency billing on a monthly basis and as needed

  • Monitors accuracy of agency Headcount, days worked and billings

  • Accreditation of new Manpower Agency

  • Regularly checks for potential manpower agencies that can better support the demands of the company

  • Updates the organization in changes on the rate sheet for each Manpower agency specific to a region/Store

External Partnerships

  • Connects with Local Government Units (LGU) to ensure the organization has a strong partnership with the Store's respective municipality

  • Completes Vendor accreditation and coordinates with the internal HR team for any HR related documentation or reporting that needs to be submitted to the LGU

  • Participates in any LGU created job fair or event that is deemed necessary to maintain a good working relationship with the LGU

Reporting

  • Ensures completion of the weekly vacancy report for Store Opening branches

  • Vendor performance report (quarterly or as needed)

  • Vendor attainment for Super Crazy Sale and Pcount or as needed (Canvassers, etc)

  • Provides reports as needed based on what's in scope of his/her work

QUALIFICATION:

Education

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Psychology, Marketing, Behavioral Science

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience dealing with partners and third-party vendors

  • Retail experience is preferred but not required

  • Proven background in people management

  • Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
